Wild Venison Jerky


The newest jewel in our Crown, our Wild Venison Jerky is made using locally shot Essex fallow deer sourced from Howletts Hall, the leading game dealer in our area. With minimal food miles this is a feel good, tasty treat. We’ve kept the marinade simple so as to allow the full flavour of the venison to shine through and, as Howletts Hall would attest, wild Essex deer produces some of the best tasting venison available with acres of woodland to roam and arable fields to feast on. We’re really proud of this product and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Howletts Hall Wild Venison, Soy Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Dark Brown Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Black Pepper, Onion, Garlic, Salt.
Allergens: Sulphites, Barley, Fish, Soybeans, Wheat.


Please store your jerky in a cool, dry place and enjoy before the use by date detailed on the packaging.
Once opened, for best results refrigerate and consume within 48 hours.
